Please note the important information for international students travelling or returning to Germany:
Please kindly note: In order to prevent the spread of variants of the SARS-CoV-2 coronavirus in the Federal Republic of Germany, the Federal Government has issued an ordinance banning the transport of persons from „areas of variant of concern“ as of January 30 - strictly limited exemptions reserved.
The transport ban applies to passenger transport by train, bus, ship and air directly from these countries. The regulation will be effective until March 3, 2021, midnight. Here you can find more information.
Please be aware that the situation may change at any time and heed the updated warnings issued by authorities, particularly the Robert Koch Institute (RKI), and the travel advisories by the Federal Foreign Office.
