Financing
Apply for the following scholarships at the International Office
Erasmus+ mobility grant (EU)
The Erasmus+ mobility grant is a monthly allowance received by students who study at an Erasmus+ partner university of the TH Rosenheim or who gain work experience abroad in Europe.
Erasmus+ additional support (Top Up)
Are you interested in additional financial support in the Erasmus+ programme during your stay abroad? This is possible for the following groups of people at German universities:
- People with disabilities or chronic illnesses
- Parents with child/ren
- Employed students
- First-time graduates
Students in the above-mentioned groups of people receive top-up amounts of €250 per month as a flat rate in addition to the regular Erasmus+ funding for long-term stays abroad.
PROMOS and Bavarian scholarships
The PROMOS programme can provide financial support for a free mover semester or a study-related stay at a worldwide partner university, as well as for gaining work experience outside Europe. With the partial scholarship, you can receive – depending on the country – 350 to 550 euros per month as well as a travel allowance.
The application for PROMOS funding is made through the International Office at TH Rosenheim. As a rule, the call for applications for PROMOS funding is published every year in the period from mid-March - April. You can only apply within the scope of the current call for applications if you have planned a study-related stay abroad in the same calendar year.
Funding from the Bavarian State Ministry of Science and the Arts (STMWK) can also be used to grant financial support for a study-related stay abroad. The application for this grant is made in the same way as the PROMOS application described above.
