Declaration on accessibility

Rosenheim Technical University of Applied Sciences is highly committed to accessibility, equality and inclusion. With this in mind, we aim to make the website of TH Rosenheim accessible and to design it in accordance with the Bavarian Digitisation Ordinance (BayDiV).

This accessibility statement applies to applications available at www.th-rosenheim.de and all subdomain sites.

Known content that is not accessible without barriers:

Alternative texts for graphics are sometimes incomplete or do not always replace the images equally. Title attributes can be misleading.
The link texts are not always meaningful enough to make the link destination obvious.
The heading hierarchy is not always adhered to.
Keyboard operation is limited, some content and functions are not accessible or operable. The keyboard focus is not always comprehensible.
The programmatic labelling of form elements is sometimes missing.
Not all documents are available in an accessible version.
Some videos lack subtitles and audio descriptions.

Justification
The existing deficiencies in the accessibility of the website result from the complexity of technical requirements and the ongoing adaptation of content and systems. We are working hard to improve the accessibility of our website.

Enforcement procedure
If a request via the contact option remains unanswered in whole or in part within six weeks, the State Office for Digitisation, Broadband and Surveying will check at the user's request whether measures are required vis-à-vis the obligated party as part of the monitoring.
