Master International Management
Due to the global interdependencies in the business world as well as the major digital, ecological and ethical challenges of our time, new competencies for future specialists and managers are gaining in importance. In our master's program, you will learn to deal with these challenges in a forward-looking way, to deal with complex problems professionally and innovatively, and to implement solutions responsibly and sustainably. You will learn to work in and lead linguistically and culturally mixed teams.
The program can be studied bilingually:
- German/English
- entirely in English
Overall, a minimum level of proficiency in both languages is expected. Depending on your interests, you can also specialize in specific topics during the course of your studies, see course content and schedule.
Course content
Case studies, practical projects and group work as well as training and coaching are an integral part of the teaching. We attach great importance to an ideal combination of science and practice. Through our intensive relationships with numerous well-known companies from our region as well as nationally and internationally, you will gain valuable experience as a Master's student and quickly have interesting company contacts at your disposal.
You can freely choose from all courses offered in German and English during your studies.

The master's program is modular in structure. The standard duration of 3 or 4 semesters is divided into study semesters, a semester in which the Master's thesis is written and, if applicable, additional semesters abroad or practical semesters. Each semester, 30 ECTS credits can be earned with 24 semester hours per week, resulting in a total of 90 ECTS credits over the entire duration of the programme. During the programme, both compulsory modules must be elected, as well as 1-2 advanced elective modules per semester.
Upon successful completion of the Master's examination, the academic degree "Master of Arts" (M.A.) is awarded.
