Dear students, dear interested parties,
in my specialization course (FWPM) "Human Resource Management" we deal in particular with the topics of employee leadership and motivation.
Within the framework of a lecture (submodule 1) and a case study seminar (submodule 2) with 4 SWS/5 CP each, you will learn what you need as a manager in your later professional practice. In submodule 2, the knowledge gained in the lecture is put into practice in a variety of exercise sequences. In this way, you can already gain your own practical experience in employee management and individually expand your leadership skills. In addition, you will have the opportunity to participate in the lecture of an experienced manager and to discuss current topics together.
