Successful practical project at office expert Bensegger GmbH

A team of dedicated students from Rosenheim University of Applied Sciences carried out a project at office supplies supplier Bensegger GmbH as part of the “Kommunikations- und Medienmanagement” course in the summer semester of 2025. The project "Optimisation of 360-degree customer communication" was supervised by Dr Brigitte Kölzer, a professor on the Bachelor of Business Administration course.

The aim was to analyse Bensegger's customer approach, determine satisfaction levels and derive improvement measures. This was achieved by means of surveys and statistical evaluation methods, analyses of internal data and comparisons with competitors. The project was also challenging due to the range of the product variety, the relatively high number of customers and the various communication processes.

The motivated team of students Antonia Dirnecker, Lena Jansen, Mona Kogler, Franziska Lotter and Niamh Ni Chinnéide came up with valuable recommendations for Bensegger and proved that they can work on real, economic problems in a scientifically structured way and derive creative concepts. Thanks to the practice-orientated teaching, THRO students are ideally prepared for their professional life!
