Technology at the library

• Copying
  Black/white and colour copiers in A4 and A3.
  Black/white copies cost €0.05 and colour copies cost €0.10 for A4. A3 copies cost double.
  To use the copier, you need a minimum credit of €1.00 on your Student Card.
  The copier is located in the foyer of the ground floor.
• Printing
  You can print from all computer workstations (apart from in the study room) using the multi-functional device.
  Printing in black/white costs €0.05 and printing in colour costs €0.10 per sheet of A4.
  To use the printer, you need a minimum credit of €1.00 on your Student Card.
• Scanning
  is possible via the book scanner in the library. To use the book scanner you need a USB stick, instructions are enclosed.
  Furthermore, the multifunctional device in the foyer of the ground floor offers the possibility to send scans up to A3 to the university mailbox.
• WIFI

  There are three ways to use it:
  
  VPN/GlobalProtect: To use this service, you need the VPN client of the Leibniz Computing Center and the required authentication via your radius identifier (usually "Accountname@hm.edu").

  E-tutorial vpn client
  
  eduroam: Unfortunately, with eduroam no access to our electronic media is possible (except via ezAccess).
  
  BayernWLAN: (free internet access). Also with this no access to our electronic media is possible (except via ezAccess)

• Power sockets
  are available at nearly all study places
• 2 PCs
  with the most common operating programmes
• Self-issue machine
  You can also use them to check your library account and renew your items on loan.
• The return box
  is located on the left in front of the entrance door to the Mühldorf campus. Return your borrowed media here at any time. The emptying and return of the media usually takes place Mon-Thu in the morning.
• The spiral binding machine
  accessories for up to 100-sheet bindings are included in the spare tray.
• A laminating machine
  for materials up to A4 is available in the information desk area. Foil pouches are available at the service desk.
• Hole punch
  for up to 150 sheets
• Stapler
  Staples for up to 140 sheets are included in the spare compartment.
