In Japan, the concept of "Ikigai" is understood as the intersection of what you love, what you're good at, what the world needs, and what you can be paid for. It's your personal purpose that helps you wake up with joy every morning.
This interactive workshop is for international Bachelor's and Master's students at TH Rosenheim who are on their way to planning their professional and academic careers. Together, we will dive into the Ikigai model and work on how you can identify your passions, skills, and values to discover your own "why."
The workshop will be held in English, but you can ask questions in German at any time.

In this workshop, you’ll learn how to present yourself professionally, prepare effectively for salary negotiations, and navigate them with confidence and clarity.
You'll receive practical tools to help you leverage your strengths, handle weaknesses professionally, and present yourself authentically and convincingly in negotiation settings.

- How can I optimize my CV so that CV parsing tools can fully read and correctly interpret its content?
