Our onboarding process is designed to give you a smooth start and successful integration at Rosenheim Technical University. Here is some important information and steps that will guide you during your orientation phase:

• Welcome and introduction: You will have the opportunity to get to know the members of your immediate team. Use this time to get to know your new colleagues. Find out about faculties, locations, and other teams at TH Rosenheim. This will help you understand the diverse range of work areas and responsibilities.

• Training and events: To ensure that you are familiar with important internal university processes, there are various training courses available. In addition, there are events throughout the year that are specifically aimed at our new colleagues. 

• Feedback and exchange: We encourage open feedback and are available to answer any questions you may have. Your opinion is important to us, and we want to ensure that you feel comfortable and are successfully integrated into your new working environment.
