• Air‑bearing RF rotary joints (in collaboration with Prof. Dr. M. Neumaier, Spinner GmbH, and AeroLas; funded by the Bavarian Research Foundation)
• Design of an ATM switching IC core with a data throughput of 100 Gbit/s (in collaboration with Siemens ICN, conducted as part of a team diploma thesis)
