The demands of Generation Z, AI and a plethora of tasks make everyday university life challenging for staff and professors at the Faculty of Business Administration. They therefore met outside Rosenheim University of Applied Sciences on the Fraueninsel monastery premises before the summer break to discuss the current challenges.
Far away from laptops and sometimes also far away from internet access, they were able to take the time to exchange current reports from the faculty, discuss them and get new ideas. What are the current demands from businesses and Generation Z students on education at the THRO? How can teaching be designed in an appealing and goal-orientated way? And how does the faculty want to use AI in teaching, learning and testing in a meaningful and creative way? Opportunities for cooperation with other faculties and other topics were also discussed. This valuable exchange is the basis for jointly shaping the future of teaching at the Faculty of Business Administration.
