Audrey Stolze is a professor of entrepreneurship and innovation management with over two decades of intercultural experience in Brazil and Europe as a founder, market researcher, business developer, and university lecturer—including two startup ventures in Brazil. Previously, she served as Director of Education and Training at EIT Manufacturing in Paris (2024–2026) and as Head of the Education Department at the Strascheg Center for Entrepreneurship at Munich University of Applied Sciences (2021–2024).
Her research focuses on the “third mission” of universities and on frameworks for entrepreneurship education. She earned her Ph.D. (Dr. oec.) in entrepreneurship from the University of Hohenheim, an M.A. in International Business Management from Osnabrück University of Applied Sciences, and a B.A. in Business from Universidade Feevale (Brazil). She is the recipient of the Innovation & Entrepreneurship Teaching Excellence Award (2021 and 2022).
