In the immediate vicinity of the Berufsbildungswerk Burghausen (BBiW), 12 spacious flats are available to students. The rooms have an average size of 30 square metres and are equipped with a kitchenette and a private bathroom. All flats on the ground floor have a spacious terrace. On the first and first floors, each room has a loggia. All residential units are fully furnished.

Only 200 metres from the campus, 21 fully renovated rooms with bathroom are available. All rooms are furnished and equipped with Wi-Fi access. A central common room with a kitchen invites students to share activities. In addition, a 64-square-metre roof terrace is open to the tenants. Free parking spaces are available in the immediate vicinity of the building.
