As part of the Erasmus Program, I had the opportunity to participate in a professional development course for faculty members at the Universitat Politècnica de València (UPV)—with the goal of further developing and strengthening my English-language teaching and thereby enhancing the international character of our degree programs. After all, our future lies in global collaboration!
My takeaways after an intensive week:
- My teaching and communication in English have taken a significant leap forward in quality.
- I gained valuable insights and made connections in a wonderful multicultural environment alongside participants from many European countries.
- On top of that, our top coach, Jasper K., even shared new marketing insights from England, which I’ve already incorporated directly into my teaching practice.
- And all of this took place in Valencia, one of the most beautiful and vibrant cities in Europe.
