The human being is at the centre of the study programmes offered by the faculty for social sciences at Campus Mühldorf am Inn. Starting with early childhood education, understanding human behaviour and ending with social science skills. In this way, the faculty focuses on professional fields of the future and aims to secure the supply needs in the region in the long term.

Nine professors and various lecturers currently teach at the faculty for social sciences. The number of students in the faculty's degree programmes is currently just over 600, and the expansion is to be continued in the coming years. In addition to advanced Master's programmes, a doctoral programme is also planned, as well as the implementation of various research and application projects in cooperation with practitioners.
