Late Arrival

Here you can find some more information on late admission and enrolment, as well as arrival at TH Rosenheim after the start of the semester.
- Your application got erased?
→ Due to data protection laws, all applications get erased at the beginning of each new semester. But you can still get a late enrolment. - For late enrolments:
→ If you have been accepted and the semester has already begun, you can still enrol. However, you will need to visit the Student Administration at Campus Rosenheim in person to collect your study documents.
→ You also have to contact the faculty regarding online classes that you could attend until your arrival. Email addresses can be found on the individual faculty pages. - Deferral of admission
→ If you got admitted previously but were unable to come to Germany and now wish to use your admission for an upcoming semester, unfortunately, it is not possible to accept an admission from a past semester. Enrolment is only possible for the semester mentioned in your admission letter. Deferral of admission is not possible.
Late Arrival
Please be aware that lectures at TH Rosenheim are held in person. If, for any reason, you are unable to be at TH Rosenheim by the official start of your studies, please download the learning materials from the Learning Campus and inform your study coordinator or dean of studies without delay.
Every degree programme has its own study and examination regulations, which you should familiarise yourself with and adhere to. These regulations include, among other things, requirements for examinations that must be completed within a specific timeframe. You can find the relevant study and examination regulations on the page for your degree programme.
Please note that all academic obligations and deadlines apply even if you are not yet on site—for instance, if your arrival is delayed due to visa processing.
Officially, it is possible to continue your studies on site and in person throughout the entire semester. However, we strongly recommend that you arrive in Germany no later than six weeks after the start of the semester. Arriving later may significantly hinder your ability to keep up with the coursework.
If you arrive at TH Rosenheim after your official programme start date, please arrange a counselling appointment with your study coordinator or dean of studies as soon as you arrive.
