Starting your Master’s degree at TH Rosenheim this summer semester?
Then you’re in the right place!
Depending on the degree program, students will begin with a program-specific introductory session, which is organized and conducted by the respective department. Detailed information on time, location, and format can be found on the website of your individual degree program.
Afterwards, the Master’s Study Start Programme takes place. You will first receive a short overview of central services at TH Rosenheim, in particular IT services such as your TH account, Wi-Fi, email and important online portals. You will then have the opportunity to get to know your fellow students and explore the campus together during a guided campus tour.

Intercultural Workshops for International First-Semester Students (Bachelor’s & Master’s)
Introduction to German Language and Culture with Stephanie Roas and Barbara Lembcke
Arrive and immerse yourself in the language & culture in Germany. If you haven't arrived in Germany, yet, come to the online workshop. You are welcome.
Content: Intercultural Communication
- Greeting in German and Bavarian
- Self-introduction in German
- First steps in German in a university setting
- German and Bavarian stereotypes
- Identifying one’s own cultural background and its influence on behavior
- Knowledge on your language proficiency in German
