Part 1 (May 18, 2026): Fundamentals of Modern Leadership
You will learn

● which competencies are crucial in a complex and dynamic work environment
● what typical challenges future leaders can expect
● why self-reflection and shifting perspectives are key leadership skills
You will develop a clear understanding of which skills will truly matter in the future.
Part 2 (May 21, 2026): Your Personal Leadership Development
The second part focuses on you and your own development process.
You will work on
● highlighting your existing strengths
● identifying areas for development
● defining concrete steps for your further development
● recognizing opportunities to build leadership skills in a targeted way during your studies
