Expert: Jessica Kreuzer, founder of Gehalt Offensive, played in Germany's Women's Bundesliga at the age of 19. After completing her Master's degree in Business Administration, she held leadership positions in an international corporation across Controlling, Recruiting, Sales, and Corporate Development. Over more than ten years, she led large teams and conducted numerous salary negotiations from both the employer's and the employee's perspective. Today, she is a salary negotiation expert who collaborates with more than 30 universities across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.
