External advisory services for concerns regarding mental health

Nightline München (Nightline Munich) is a helpline by students for students, which can be reached on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 21:00 to 00:30 at the telephone number +49 (0)89 / 3571 3571. Students who work on a voluntary basis answer the phone and are available to listen and provide support if you can’t reach anyone else. You can also call if you have everyday worries.

The Krisendienst Psychiatrie (psychiatric crisis service) provides immediate mental health support in over 120 languages. At the central telephone number +498006553000, people in mental crises, those indirectly affected and friends/relatives can receive qualified advice and support from 0:00 to 24:00.
