Online Session Career Guidance and Working in Germany (in English)

Whether it's to finance your studies or to gain a first practical insight into future professional fields - it makes sense to gain work experience during your studies. This info session will give you an overview of the essential steps and conditions for looking for a job and working in Germany. You will learn about employment rights and duties, the most common job formats and portals for your job search.

You will also find out what documents you need for an application and who can help you prepare your application. Afterwards there will be space for your questions, and testing job portals.

The session will take place online between 2:30 pm  and 3:30 pm on Wednesday, 15 May 2024. Please register in advance and binding. The registration deadline is 8 May 2024. To register, please send your current certificate of enrollment to florian.thoma@th-rosenheim.de. Students from all degree programmes are welcome! You will receive further information in advance by e-mail.

Please note: if you do not show up without a timely cancellation or a justified reason, the International Office can only put you on the waiting list for further voluntary events for the time being.
