Loan service:
You will need your Student Card and visitors will need a visitor identity card to borrow items from the library.
With a few exceptions, library services are provided free of charge

Information for guests

Loan period:
The loan period for books is four weeks.
Items with shorter loan periods are labelled accordingly.
You can check return dates via the lending terminal, your library account or by asking library staff.

Renewal options:
Items can be renewed up to 9 times.
Reserved items and short-term loans cannot be renewed.

The library system will send a reminder e-mail to your university e-mail account 3 days before the end of the loan period.
The library does not guarantee this service.
We recommend that you enter the return date in another calendar.

• via the library app
• via e-mail
• via the link in the reminder e-mail
• in person

Overdue fines:
Overdue fines are payable as soon as the loan period has ended.

Returns:
Books can easily be returned via the returns return box located next to the entrance of the building.
This can be done during 24 hours a day.
The return of the media takes place on the next working day.

Visitors:
Entirely different rules apply to library visitors.
