About us

The events department’s main task is to manage the large number of different events that take place on our campus. Above all, this includes approving dates and times and thus avoiding collisions between events.

We are also the interface between event organisers and the university and therefore make sure events take place as smoothly as possible. We are the best place to contact if you have any questions or problems regarding carrying out an event.

Last, but not least, we work together closely with the culture department to provide you with optimum consultation services for your event. We even supply you with good contacts to help you make your events successful.
